RULES: 1. No major changes to the linework. I dont mind if you add piercings and stuff like that. 2. No fill-bucket entries (You know the type I'm talking about...) 3. You may change the music if you want 4. You may use other programs if you want, however I may (If there is a few of them) Start a separate category for them and judge them separately (to give those who dont have those programs a fair chance) prizes would be the same for both categories! 5. Background please! 6. Use your own characters please ^^ (I like to see characters :) ) 7. put some effort into it :) have fun! Decided to host a Coloring contest :) Been a while, and I felt this was the appropriate time of year to do this!
