HOW I MADE THIS In some photos (like the top middle), the mouse position controls the amount of the image effect. In other photos (like the bottom middle), the mouse position controls the rate of change in the image effect. The first case uses the SET EFFECT block; the second cases uses the CHANGE EFFECT block.
