Featuring Ika Parker Raymond. The Neo Agent 3 of one of my main Splatoon AUs. If you have known me for a few years on this platform, you may recognize her. She's the remade version of my old OC. She went from edgelord to timid, woah. Since the lineart got pixally (>:c) she has a black heart earring on her left ear which also appears when she switches forms. The white charm on her tiny poncho is heart shaped. If you'd like to draw Little Buddy in the image as well, his hair style is the pineapple hair.
