This tape was found in an old warehouse my dad owned before he passed away back in 2012, as I was going through his old stuff I found a box labeled Safety Tapes. Intrigued I opened it to find A box full of old Safety tapes for kids, I saw that in the box they were labeled so I decided to start off with #10 labeled Intruder Safety.
