EDIT MADE 3/29, permits some forms of trades and resells of designs TERMS OF SERVICE by buying, purchasing or accepting anything from me, you automatically agree to these terms. DESIGNS you may redesign my designs to your heart's content, but DO NOT lose the original file or design! keep it somewhere where i can see unless specified, my designs may NOT be used for commercial purposes my designs cannot be resold for more than their original worth unless there is extra artwork! you may not trade, resell, or regift my designs without checking in with me first. this is to ensure my tos is enforced, and my designs are not being abused anywhere. if my tos is broken, i reserve the right to revoke any design with fair compensation. when my design is given to someone else, please link my TOS to them ! gifting someone my design is allowed (eg. commissioning me a design and giving it to a friend) but my tos applies to them too. you must tell me who you are giving it to IN MOST CIRCUMSTANCES, i would like my designs to be returned to me if you lose interest in them. once they are with you, theyre strictly nfo/nft until you ask and i say otherwise! this means that i may refuse a trade or resell for certain characters do not commission art of my designs from my blacklisted users do not gift my designs to my blacklisted users, they will be automatically revoked and you will be greylisted please do not use my designs to draw [bad stuff] or draw [bad stuff] of my characters without permission! you may not use my designs to harass or condone hate in any way REFUND POLICY if you bought my design using currency and is blacklisted, i will revoke my design. I'll try reaching out to you to discuss compensation if you have made and started an offer involving currency from over 2 months back, i will NOT BE REFUNDING YOU. some exceptions may apply, but you should not be offering for something with the mindset of dropping it later if you drop an art offer without fully completing it, i will not be returning anything and the design will be put back up for offers. if i am unable to complete a commission for whatever reason, you will be refunded entirely, regardless of if i started it or not. ART I do upfront payments only! if you ordered a heavy commission request, you can ask for a half-and-half payment method. you may use my art for anything as long as you have rights to the character. regardless of the situation, ALWAYS CREDIT when using or reposting my art. you CAN NOT profit off of my art (commercial, YCH, tracing, selling) none of my creations can be used for any NFTs. this goes without saying, but please do not steal my art (tracing, heavily referencing, etc.) you may not use my art in any AI program, you will be immediately blacklisted does anything in here sound confusing? do you have a specific situation you would like me to clarify? please feel free to ask!!
