I personally think for this being my first time, it's not that bad, but let me know what you guys think about this. Grabbed a bunch of random Legends effects, then I threw this together.
removed the moving and changed the color of the aura from burgundy, to teal lol. I'm gonna make another DBL card art that's not a moving card art later. (maybe) DBL = Dragon Ball Legends (I put this for tags guys)
