Watch means to see something happen. You need to watch for a coin. You may watch any project as long as it says in the description somewhere: watchcoins^project Once you have watched the project, or played it, you may go to the watchcoin trade shop! Here you trade your watch points for watch coins. The watch points are what you get from watching the project. So I can confirm you have the watchpoints or watchcoins, there will be a list.
