Year: literally obvious Company: Jen Short a toy that looks very similar to Dave from Dave's Fun Algebra Class. Dave and the wheelchair is plastic, and you'd place Dave on the wheelchair and drag the chair to make it go a short distance. after it stopped, Dave would get thrown. i couldnt find the box for it, but what i remember is that it was from a line of toys called "Intractable Men". but i swear, it had a different name called "David and Frank" before.
