In Scratch Adventure 2, Malware unleashes Scab Cat, Scratch Cat's look-a-like created artificially 50 years ago, who promises to spread the viruses everywhere and escapes. Scratch Cat is mistaken as Scab Cat and gets captured by Coding Obligation Defense (COD). Meanwhile, a spy known as Femto steals Pico's rare code crystals, which causes Pico to chase after her.
