i watched the streamer build for darkness takeover that was uploaded by hotracer (he's a dev of a lot of pibby mods like glitched legends, hills of corruption, and darkness takeover) and it. looks. AWESOME!!!
alright so this is not relevant but the pros and cons of glitched legends and darkness takeover. Pros for GL: A pretty small team that is highly recommended for any mod developing Really good sprites and songs Animated stuff (arrows, hp, etc) Cool mechanics Actually has pibby not being scared of the Darkness but fighting it Has survivors Cons of GL: After a while of playing it kinda gets a bit repetitive Lots of bugs (pause menu not showing stuff, freeplay songs getting their letters bugged out, etc) Pros of DT: Demo is very small but more than enough to be considered high effort Amazing songs and sprites Is actually engaging Very unique in terms of gameplay (is actually like an adventure where characters face against people they know, similar to GL) Survivors actually sing unlike GL Cons for DT: The amount of sludge on corrupted characters is a bit overexaggerated You can barely hear Meg and Chris in A Family Guy and Ernie in Final Fight
