If you don’t know what a rally contest is, it is where you choose a number that is on the list that the person hosting the rally contest has given you. Then when all the numbers are taken, the person running the rally contest spins a wheel (it can be an online wheel too) with the numbers on it. Whatever number it lands on, the person who chose that number gets a prize.
