So basically he appeared in a dream about a Soda company named Bubble Bass. After the company gains a foothold and gets more workers, the printer guy is hired and does all the paperwork. He's always working on large stacks of paperwork. Always overworked. A soft voice and a shy personality to complement the comedically large amount of work he has to do all the time. As the company crumbles, everybody leaves (or rather just disappears without a trace in the dream), leaving just him, Spongebob, and Squidward. The printer guy still has large amounts of work. My alarm woke me up after that, but if it were to continue I'd suspect Spongebob and Patrick would leave too and leave the crumbling Bubble Bass on the spiral to bankruptcy to the overworked printer guy, who is too shy to object to anything. And at the end, he thinks he should probably liquidate the company.
Definitely will be used if I ever create a cartoon, for an episode highlighting how big corporations become so greedy that they make really stupid decisions (probably never).
