This lift will be closed down the 28/04/ 2023 and it will be sent up and down until it collapse the 28/04/2023 and 29/04/2023 by APEX Lifts. And then, the collapsed structure will be taken out of the shaft, same as the doors and all the fixtures. All the pipes and wires will also be removed. The tank and logic cabinet will be removed aswell. The shaft will later be cleaned out and they will install a brand new 2023 generic APEX MRL traction lift with Ziehl Abegg Zetadyn VF drive and motor, Schaefer MT 42 buttons, Meiller Türen door operator, Lester Controls Almega 2 full-intelligent logic controller and Lester Controls TC3 indicators. This lift is also the last remaining Russo Elevators Inc 1rst generation lift as Antonio Russo (The person who created Russo Elevators Inc. and it’s a fictional character) has installed a remote monitoring system on all of his lifts to tell if the lift is still original or not. According to that monitoring system, loads of Russo 1rst Generation lifts have been modded or completely replaced between November 2020 and February 2023, the 3/4 of them were replaced with nasty and utterly cancerous and disgusting kirk time lifts which uses awful STEP buttons, appallingly bad ULCEP 4 logic control systems and horrendous Selcom (An Italian door brand that was created by Wittur) HydraPlus (Or what I and my other accounts call more HydraPoo) doors that screeches and goes « SRERK » (Even GAL is way better) or modded by Jackson Lift Group with Lester Controls Almega 2 logic with bad setup, flimsy and dull Lester PB4 buttons, basic Lester TC3 indicators and horrible screechy Wittur Hydraplus doors. As of February 2023, the 2nd last remaining Russo Elevators Inc. 1rst Gen lift ever built gets Oroned (Modded by Orona) and this one will be removed and Lestered by APEX Lifts. So, Russo 1rst Gen lift will soon be completely extinct as original. Infos about the manufacturer : Antonio Russo has built a lift factory and some headquarters in September 2008. The 1rst day of November 2008, he created the brand Russo Elevators Inc. Their 1rst lift (This one) has been installed/commissionned the 07/11/2008. This lift has 6 days left before collapsing according to APEX, it will be taken out of service the 28/04/2023 and the cab and ram will be sent up and down the 28th and 29th of 04/2023. When it will be collapsed, all of the hydraulic fluid will be pumped and eliminated in a special recycling center and then, the lift will be removed from the shaft and replaced with generic APEX. My opinion : This Russo Elevators lift is a total « Russo fail-o-vator » ! It shakes like crazy on the way up, spends ages charging the hydraulic, takes a while to level, it’s so slow as it goes 0.5 m/s, the cab creaks all the time while it moves, while the levelling on the way up, the hydraulic ram makes a « worn-out hydraulic piston while the lift levels on the way up noise », the voice is very stupid, very annoying, very dull and says « elevator » nearly all the time, IT’S A LIFT, NOT AN ELEVATOR !!!! The door operator is a stupid clickety, very bog standard and very slow GAL one, the hydraulic valve is a Blain one which is also really really bog standard, the buttons are custom Dewhurst (The symbols are designed by Russo but the buttons are made by Dewhurst) but still incredibly bog standard, the hydraulic pump is cheap and the motor is worn-out, the fluorescent lights/ballasts are buzzing and often burns out, the logic is pretty bad, the chimes and beeps are very loud and annoying, the lift’s structure is so worn out that it will certainly collapse only a few days after I recorded the footage, this semi-generic lift is so cheap and horrid and I cannot find anything good about this lift. That really shows how bad it is, this utter piece of [censored] which is commonly called as a lift TOTALLY SUCKS, it’s SO FREAKING NASTY !!! Even if it has some unique features (Buttons, indicators, some parts are not brought-in-parts, etc…), it is way worse than a generic lift with Lester Controls, a « flatpack lift » (e.g. Kleemann, Sprinte EV/Electra Vitoria, « DMG lifts », « STEP Shangai lifts », IMEM Ascensores…) and even Mac Puarsa lifts are sill better than this load of rubbish (But it’s still better than newer and early 2000’s Omega lifts lol). This lift is also probably much worse than an Otis Genesis and a Schindler 3300/3000/1000 lift or even worse than a Gen2 Home (Utter piece of junk which is very slow, incredibly cheap, ultra flimsy, designed for houses and unreliable).
