FAKE! From season 2 of Calendar Man or How I Learned to Stop Worrying and Accept the Fact That I'm A Supervillian. Yup, it's just as bizarre and kinda-psychedelic as Think Tank's other 2 productions (It's a Wonderful So Called Life and The MnM's on the Stage, both Dominim DTV movies). This show literally starts with the (anti?) protagonist standing on train tracks in the middle of nowhere and getting chased by a train with a pig face. Anyways, glad to see an obscure Batman villain get a TV show.
