THIS is Paul, and he's NOT a Pikachu recolor. He's a special kind of Pikachu who's purple, has a blue mouth, can speak human language, and—unironically—can fly an actual plane! And he's an expert at it. Also, Paul is basically 0.75 times as tall as the regular human. Just to let you know. (sorry if Paul's height doesn't match with larry.)
