Hey everyone! Welcome to camper signups for the June session if SAC! This session will be taking place from June 1st to June 30th. - ☾☽ - If you're new here, Scratch Art Camp (commonly abbreviated as SAC) is a online art camp here on Scratch! It takes place three times a year in February, June, and October. SAC has been inspired by many other camps, such as SWC. It's full of exciting, challenging, and engaging art prompts and activities. There's also a point system, as we love to be competitive ;D Still, all competition is very friendly and light-hearted, and bonding and progressing in your art is prioritized over competition. This session of SAC is hosted by the lovely Seven (@rainyweek) and myself, Nix (@Azolla-). We also have three wonderful co-hosts, Max (@macaroni--penguin), Aqua (@Aquxii--), and Wei (@sxwjq). It is very highly recommended that if you're new (or just need a refresher), you read the FAQ: https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/555823473/ - ☾☽ - If you're looking to sign up, just answer the following questions in a *comment* on this project (not a remix or in another project). 1) Have you ever participated in SAC before? 2) What's your minute goal?* 3) What are your top 3 lodge choices? *A minute goal is a goal you set of the number of minutes you'd like to spend doing art during the SAC session. A reasonable minute goal for a new camper is 700-1,000 minutes. IMPORTANT NOTE: Your minute goal may not exceed 4,000! There is no 'getting in', signing up guarantees you will be placed in a lodge. It doesn't dictate the type of art that you can make. You can create a complete and polished piece if you're in Sketch, and paint with gouache if you're in Charcoal. Please keep in mind that it does *not* matter -- it's simply a name. - ☾☽ - Rules & Guidelines: - Follow the Scratch Community Guidelines, don’t cause trouble or cheat. This camp is supposed to be fun and positive :) - Health, school, and sleep are all incredibly important. Don’t put SAC before real life, please. Stay safe <3 - If you don’t get sorted in one of the lodges you requested, please don’t whine about it. There's a possibility that several lodges will be in high demand, and we’d like to keep lodges evenly matched. You’ll still have an amazing experience with any lodge you get in! IMPORTANT NOTE: For proof for any dailies and weekendlies, we will only accept Scratch or Cubeupload links. We have found that some other sites are not Scratch-appropriate.
