This is not a game or code, this is just an idea for Breach. Insanitatem has the ability to disrupt brain functions using energy waves. It's attack freezes enemies and it's special is a wave that radiates from it. The wave decreases the AI of enemies and makes them attack each other. The bullets that affected enemies fire have very low accuracy. The name insanitatem means "unhealthfulness" relating to the mind. I'm not coding this my self because there are no enemies to affect. It does contain the stats I think it should have.
