For context, when I saw YCR Ghostlab Remix's actual mod, I thought "Hey, maybe this would be fun animation practice" and uh I got a bit carried away from there as you can see. Before anyone asks, no, this Neon exe has absolutely zero relevance, and only exists for this one single project. (This isn't true anymore because you people really wanted them to stick around lol). If anyone gets all the references I will literally be so happy.
