This is my first time hosting a MAP, so hopefully it goes well! Reading the instructions is very important, so there's a codeword hidden in there to make sure you read all of it. You can go inside the project to listen to each part individually. This thumbnail sucks I was feeling lazy What is a MAP? MAP stands for Multi Animator Project! Usually, MAPs are set to music and are split into parts where each person animates a different part of the song, and the finished product is like a music video! Rules - You can have 1 or 2 parts, but if parts start filling up fast, then it'll change to just one - Fill out the form to enter! It will be at the bottom of the desc. - No 'forever' blocks - 2 sprites maximum, you'll need to talk to me if you need a 3rd or 4th one (but I'd prefer if you just use 1) - Don't use the backdrop please. You can have a background, but it has to be its own sprite. Codeword is cake. - You must be at least a semi-experienced animator, meaning you have animated before and know some basics. - You can use any OC, no matter what species they are! No fandoms for this map tho, sorry! - First come, first served. Whoever asks for the part first will get it! You can do backup parts, but only if everything else is taken. - TNEs are welcome, but I may or may not use them. Hopefully I will though! - The intro is the only part where you can do a PMV, however that is not required. In the intro, you must include "KING - A Completed MAP" or something like that, "Hosted by @berrykitten567" and some way to introduce the names of all the animators participating. You'll have to add this onto it once everybody has signed up. - This should be obvious, but nothing inappropriate. - You can have a bit of bl00d, just nothing too crazy - Remix so I can keep track of your entry! - As of now, each person can only have one part, but that may change if not enough people enter - You have 2 weeks to finish your part, but you can extend it if you post a WIP or some way to show me that you’re working on it. I’ll be generous, this project may take a long time to complete! What Should Be in Your Part (IMPORTANT) - Something needs to be happening on the screen at all times! This means no PV/PMVs (picture videos), and try to keep the animation fast-paced, or switch camera angles. - You can lipsync or show the words at the parts where it says "warning warning", "left side, right side", or "you are king". But you don't have to :) - The mood of this map is kind of dramatic or evil, so try your best to match it! I tried looking up the lyrics in English, and they didn't make total sense, but I kinda understood that one person is being "king" and being controlling to everyone or a specific person or something? Or maybe it's about one person trying to please the other. If you know feel free to tell me in the comments! :) You don't have to animate to the meaning of the lyrics though. - The real code word isn't cake, it's dumpling! - EXTRA IMPORTANT: Your part must start and end with a completely black screen. Make sure your animation smoothly transitions to and from the black, for example the black could zoom out or in to your character or something. This is so all the parts look like they belong together! The only exception to this is the intro, where you don't have to start with black, and the last part, 22, where you can end with anything. - If you do a TNE don’t make it look like mine please mine sucks - TNEs should say KING a Completed MAP in one way or another! Form username//part # you want // codeword // animation examples (you can’t include a memix as your example, it has to be something you coded or animated yourself!)
