MINIGAME EXPLANATION: Noggin will be the stoplight and all the players will line up a couple yards away from him. Once he's ready to start, he faces his back and says "Green Light!", and the players are free to run. Once he says "Red Light!", the players have to stop, and the stoplight turns around. Whoever is moving when he faces the front, will get sent back to start. Whoever reaches the stoplight first wins the game.
