New Teddy Army Character. He is known as The Scientist. He works in a giant labratory known as the True Labratory, where he condusts experiments on volenteered Test Subjects. He has created a machine known as The Core. The Core is an automated Energy extraction and Regeneration device which is capable of extracting the Energy of Test Subjects in the machine and injecting that Energy into others.
