This is a potential concept for Phase 3 of Ink!Scratch. It may or may not be included in the game. ~ INK!ANGEL ~ After Papyrus is killed at the end of Phase 2, Sans unleashes his anger and absorbs the energy of the fallen Scratchers, causing him to transform into a being known as the Ink!Angel. Oh, and as for development on Ink!Scratch, I've finally started working on it again, but it'll still take some time.
