It's their choice! ^^ ✿ I'm judging based on drawings! ✿ If you've won in the past, your chances of winning again slightly decrease, just because I want to give other people a chance! <3 But this doesn't mean you can't win again! ^^ ✿ Don't worry! Stealing includes tracing someone else's art and claiming it as your own, or, using someone else's artwork and saying you made it. If I have been informed you have traced, or stolen someone else's art, I will have to disqualify you. However, I won't disqualify you if you can prove to me you'll follow this rule. You are allowed to take inspiration from my designs, like using the same theme and stuff like that. I don't own the theme, so why should I stop you?
