RULES THAT ARE OPTIONAL: -The Character Can Be Holding an Item (Or a Transparent PNG File) -Your Character Can Be Animated (If the Character Has More or Less Than Any Other Frame Number, It Has to be a Separate Sprite) RULES THAT ARE NOT OPTIONAL: -The Characters Need to be in an Oddly Specific Rainbow Order (Move a Few or More Characters to a Different Spot for it to Actually Represent the Order) -The Character Should be a Vector Design and in Your Art style (It Doesn't Have to be Accurate) -Make Sure that the picture to Make the Vector Shouldn't be blocked by Another Character and/or Item -The Outline of the Character Should be Thin -The Main Thing You Should Do in the Name is Increase the Number (You can Keep the Main Title from Another Remix, But PLZ Change the Number in the Title!) -The Character MUST be an Official Character -You Should Add up from 1 to 30 Characters -And Have Fun! ~~~ ;)
