This is the Paralian dub produced for Vuamos on weekend mornings. It moved to PNK6 when it launched in 2006. the literal meaning of the subtitle is “Built of Uiatman H.” i would transliterate it as “Φɪᴧѳ̄мᴧn” because <φ> can be either /φ/ or /w/, but i chose <ʋ> for being unambiguous
