They have a new leader named Kochenkov Burkhast Yurievich, an ally of Xerxon, who wants to now topple the Cynopharon Empire and entirely replace it with Rhexoslavia. Although they're much smaller than us territorially speaking and don't have as large of a military, Cynopharon is currently failing at invading Rhexoslavia proper, mainly due to the Rhexoslav guerilla tactics. ====================
