If the timeline was the same as our, however, he’d be 77. I feel like I should have something bigger since he’s existed for half a decade now, but I’m in a weird spot with my art right now where I’m really stressed about it I guess? Like, i have really high expectations of what I should do and I keep comparing my art to other people’s stuff so when I look at my art, I think it looks kinda bad. It’s just not how I want it, but I don’t really know what I want with it. I know I want it to be more realistic and with better lighting, but, otherwise, it’s pretty vague. People can straight up this beautiful human art and it looks so nice but then I’m like “ugh, why can’t YOU do that idiot; you’ve been drawing people for two years now you should be good at it!!1!1!!”. So, yeah, that’s where I’m at right now. Sorry for the rant; I’ll actually talk about the plush and cake now. Sorry for the pics not being like super pretty aesthetic!!!! type stuff, I was in a rush this morning I had to go somewhere. I actually bake a cake every year for Granite (since 2021); this cake is definitely the most edible because it’s not hideously dry like a damn desert. It’s not the prettiest, though. The plush itself took around five months. I started it over Christmas break and have been slowly working on it for art class. I’m actually happy with how he turned out. The only gripes I have is the line where the cheek spikes meet his face and how short his face and neck is, but they’re small complaints. He’s pretty big (I think he’s around five feet in length and seven pounds in weight). For some reason, my brain keeps saying that he looks like Bowser, but when I compare him to an actual picture of Bowser, he looks very dissimilar to him. I’m not sure why my brain thinks that. Overall, he’s great, I love him, and I’m very happy that he exists in my house now. Also, I’ll hopefully be uploading a redraw of that Granite birthday picture, but NO promises.
