This is Scotland. She is one of the taller National Marxes, as she is taller than Alaska. She is aquamarine with a red bandage in between her eyes, a chain, and extremely long blue hair (which may look similar to NuSky). She and a future Marx, Wales, are both friends, along with two more futures, England and Belfast. So make sure to keep that in mind.
