On an average evening, at 7:25 PM FST, an incident occurred when a Toxinese plane got struck by lightning and crashed into a government building, sparking panic amongst the people of the Republic of Jovastan. Paired with peaked tensions between the DDO and the CAA, the incident known as the "Victor City Incident" has resulted in Fazastan and its puppet state to declare war on the PRNT in response to the plane crash.
