People are mass reporting popular and featured projects that someone worked hard on! And people believe that the ST did this, but it's not the ST, it's the people who use the report button on projects just because it's more popular than theirs or because it's featured. And all because of that, Scratch is at 2.49 stars. It has been falling fast ever since. And to make matters worse, since it has fallen faster than predicted, Scratch has a chance of going out of service in the summer or fall of 2023.
