A lot of the stuff in here won't apply since he's currently darkness'd... so uh, yeah ~~ ~~ Personality: Sparky is an amiable individual who tends to be a bit guarded when first meeting someone, but will quickly warm up if the conditions are right. He's cheerful and outgoing when he feels comfortable, though he sometimes seems to hide his emotions behind a cool and collected persona-- It's all an act, though. At this Pikachu's core is a sensitive spirit that burns bright and passionately. He cares deeply for his friends-- most of all Mist, his adopted sister-- and as such he finds himself worrying about those friends a lot. Whenever they're sick, injured, or in danger... it affects him on a deeply personal level. As Mist can attest, his constant fretting occasionally reaches the point of being annoyingly overbearing, but deep down she appreciates his empathy and genuine concern for her wellbeing. He has a lot of determination and enjoys a challenge, but isn't battle-hungry and tries to go through life as level-headed as possible, though he does lose control of his emotions and reasoning sometimes. ~~ Bio (before the events of the RP): Sparky was a Pichu born to two nonhybrid Raichu about a week or so before Mist. The two young Pokemon became fast friends, forming a powerful bond and a strong brother-sister relationship. [The rest of his bio in this section is functionally the same as Mist's, so just go read hers :p] ~~ Bio (during RP events): As the Sapphire Key began to awaken within Mist, Sparky began to notice her acting strangely-- which of course caused him to worry about her, but when prompted she insisted she was fine. As Mist's condition worsened, Sparky's anxiety grew, and it became increasingly harder for him to accept her reassurances-- She was deliberately hiding something from him, and he knew that with absolute certainty. After a particularly eventful day, Sparky finally confronted Mist. He demanded that she tell him what was going on... to no avail. Mist continued to keep silent. This was the last straw. He was hurt and could no longer think rationally, only assume out of frustration that Mist did not trust him, and he snapped. He shouted at her-- told her he was fed up with her secrecy and that he couldn't bear the pain of it anymore. Then he turned and ran, his heart shattering into pieces... He listlessly wandered the streets of Brightkeep for a while, where his emotional unrest led him to be eventually captured and taken to the Dark Realm to fulfill a special mission. His stay was far from pleasant, and the nightmare only got worse when he was faced with the power of deepest darkness made physical. His light forced to sleep temporarily, he awoke as one with the dark. ~~ ~~ Other things: -He's all but unable to control himself around good food, and can often be found snacking on something-- usually berries since they're easy to carry. The mere mention of food alone has a good chance to distract him for a few moments. -He carries around a pouch sometimes for trips to Brightkeep. -The unnatural chip in his tail is the result of a minor incident he got into as a Pichu, and it became more visually distinct when he evolved into a Pikachu. It does not bother him in the slightest, even thinking that it adds "coolness factor". When asked about it, he'll claim that it's a battle scar, though he cheekily keeps its true origins hidden. -He despises bullying and will react quickly to defend someone from a perceived threat, even if they're a complete stranger to him. -His imagination tends to run almost as wild as his sister's, and he fantasizes going on epic adventures like in his favorite stories. -He knows Spring through his brief stay at the organization that was TMR. ~~ ~~ Music is "Welcome to the World of Pokémon!" from the PMD Explorers of Sky OST
