Spawn Chance: 1/50 (increases every time you reach the next room) When XX-100 reaches the current room, it will check lockers and blue lockers except for tables. If it spawns and there's no lockers and blue lockers but tables in the room, it will rebound. It won't spawn if there aren't any tables in the room.
