Boss 5 Boss Description Below (Read after the fight to avoid spoilers) VS Bandana Waddle Dee The source of the darkness has finally appeared in the skies above Castle Dedede. Kirby and his friends prepared as much as they could for this final battle, but alas things are already turning sour. Adeline was instantly sucked into a dark portal, and while trying to help, Bandana Waddle Dee got possessed as well. Quick, slap the darkness out of him, Kirby! Dedede and Meta Knight can't last much longer! VS King Dedede Things are going from bad to worse as Dedede has now been take over as well. Sadly, this is a feeling all too familiar to the great king of Dreamland. Time and time again, dark cosmic forces show up at his doorstep, and time and time again he fails to drive them back. He could have taken his anger out on everyone, but instead he slowly accepted his small place in the universe, and now his only desire is to keep Dreamland a safe and happy place. VS Meta Knight Even with his reputation as a proud and noble warrior, Meta Knight can't seem defeat the darkness from within. Perhaps it's due to regrets from battles long past, a suppressed rage born from his many defeats, or an imbalance in his very soul. Whatever the case, it's now solely up to Kirby to bring all his friends back! VS Halberd With the Darkness still clinging to his soul, Meta Knight has brought his Halberd to the fight. Shot down during the darkness' initial invasion, Meta Knight landed near Castle Dedede to seek aid for repairs. However, the process took much longer than expected, and the darkness arrived before the ship was skyworthy. So, how is it flying now? Can the darkness also control technology? Are there any limits to its power? VS Adeline Since the beginning of the invasion, Adeline has been on the run. She is the opposite of a fighter, but with her ability to paint anything into existence, she was able to avoid capture until she reached refuge at Castle Dedede. Unfortunately, as soon as she did, that thing in the sky appeared. It seems like the darkness is targeting her specifically, but why? What could a cosmic evil possibly want with a little girl?
