With the SINGLE finally acquiring nuclear weapons, Fazastan is concerned about its intentions. So the AI leader approved of three things: 1, the stationing of Fazastani troops along the Bassanoian border; 2, the production of Fazastani nukes; and 3, a policy that indicates that the DDO won't be the ones to strike first but will still respond with nuclear weapons should the DDO be the ones to be stricken. This causes a diplomatic crisis as Fazastan ramps up their nuke productions in response to the SINGLE's acquisition of these particular weapons and seeing it as "a threat to not only democracy but to the whole world".
