Nobody read the rules except for like two people ._. Hello! Anyone can make a part without needing to ask first, but WAIT! There are still rules you need to follow if you want to make it into the MEP. This MEP works a bit differently. It's more like an art contest because almost all of the parts are one frame. 1: If you decide to trace parts of an image, it is allowed as long as there are SIGNIFICANT alterations to the original image. Take this thumbnail for example. 2: You may use screenshots from SU as the background, but Garnet must be completely drawn by you. 3: All "This is Garnet" parts are only one frame, no more. "This is Sans" parts need at least two or more frames; animating it is optional. 4: OCs may be in frame as long as Garnet (or Sans if it's that part) is still the main focus. 5: All remixes are treated like entries. My top 15 "This is Garnet" entries and favorite "This is Sans" entry get in. It's a competition. Please, don't get upset if your remix does not get into the final MEP. 6: This isn't really a rule, but keep in mind that this is a spoof MEP, so you're more likely to get in if your entry is funny. 7: My favorite of all of the "This is Garnet" frames will become the thumbnail. 8: Please, make the entries a remix of this project. If it isn't, just make sure that I still see it. You won't be disqualified. 9: If I disqualify your first attempt for breaking rules or if you’re not satisfied with it, you may try again.
