It's called "warioese". Also, K, Ñ, U, and Y aren't part of the warioese alphabet, but are only used in foreign words and proper names. K is usually replaced by Q, Ñ is usually replaced by NJ, U is usually replaced by Ə, and Y is usually replaced by EE.
