Stahlhelm's been expanding for months besides the newly-ceded Scarfish territory. (This is primarily where my troop concentrations are. I've allowed an unclaimed area to go to the Scarfish so as not to cut them off.)
Besides, I had gotten close to Veresia's borders a while back. This is where I stand right about now.
