MY PLAN: We dig up Ohio (nobody is using it), and replace it with a really big and fun pool. We then use the dirt and stone we have excavated to make Wyoming (nobody is using it) a really really large cube by just piling it up. This will cause a little bit of damage and has no benefits, other than we have a really cool pool that is Ohio. I see no problem with this.
