Soviet had an old China flag ice cube and he tried to put it on his head.. However, it would make him collapse and Ukraine from the future tried to stop him so that it wouldn't happen. the Soviet states would've been affected as well because it would leave a Crack and Ukraine showed her's to Soviet to give better explanation.
