The Conniver's Kunai is a Spy weapon from TF2. The weapon GREATLY decreases maximum health, but in return, successful backstabs will award you with full overheal that lasts 4X longer than a medic's overheal, as well as all debuffs being erased. Question uses this as his weapon, for he is a spy.
