Here's my entry for Neon Punkpop! Brief Bio ------------------ Name: Boulevard Gender: Male Boulevard is a creature that can alter his form at will. He is able to both liquify and solidify himself when he chooses, though his most common shape is shown above. He mostly walks on all fours, though occasionally stands upright. His blue and dark purple patches are bioluminescent, and the single eye occupying his face is said to be able to peer into galaxies, though he mostly uses it for its "x-ray vision" properties. Boulevard was created in the mid-1990s from various animal DNA as a solution to widespread computer hacking and computer viruses. He has no recollection of his creation. He enjoys skateboarding, graffiti art and messing around with computers.
