This is just for fun and I'm not trying to convince the Scratch Team to actually apply this. A visualized concept for the "link" block that I've seen many people request. Not a lot of people have had a good solution to the issues that could appear. This concept allows linking to a relevant webpage as it is needed(only from scratch.mit.edu). It doesn't seem like this would have any issues. I can imagine this being used with MAP projects, where someone can link the user as their part appears.
