The Second Coalition is not a dictatorship. It is democratic, or at least mostly democratic, some of the member states are autocratic but that's their decision to make. Furthermore, the SC states are not the bad guys, nor are they the good guys. As we've repeatedly stated, SC is meant to be in a moral gray area, or for an example they do good things but for their own ends, although that isn't a rule, and in fact they sometimes just do undeniably good things for little to no benefit to themselves, such as establishing the FUCCR states and allowing them to leave the Coalition (obviously, the trading and support is desirable, but the amount of money and resources put towards the states outweighs the benefits). SC is led by Astanislavia, however all member states yet have a say in issues that would concern them, and also no states are forced to join the SC. That being said, SC still does a lot of morally questionable things, such as supporting recently mentioned authoritarian regimes and having a fierce hatred of SATO. Also, SC is a superpower. So is SATO/DP, and arguably Alverton; but other than that, there are no other superpowers. There are a collection of powerful countries, however considering that SC and SATO are literally a massive alliance of a ton of countries, there's no real contest. Also, personally I think that SATO is stronger overall, however in a war it would probably not leave a victor. i wrote more than i thought i might but i keep seeing people just completely not get SC and i don't want to keep clarifying this stuff >:/
