In 1999, The LBWR (Which was still in it's earliest years) Had gotten 2 Banker Engines to help bank and pull heavy goods and passengers. They were put in a LBWR Red and Green. Dover was named after the hill pass by Ceasear and would still be stationed at Ceasar Station. His sister, Dawn however; was a rough rider. It wasn't until 2001 when she had a fatal accident at Dalby Valley and was scrapped a month later. The Drop was supposed to be called Dawn's Drop but was deemed like a offense to Dawn, so it was renamed to Dover. Dover was also trying to save his sister and was trying to stop any trains from crashing into her train, Dover will never forget his sister as she's in the railway in the sky.
