✧ a r t d u m p click/tap, space bar, or arrow keys to proceed if you read this whole ramble, wow you get a prize because there’s over 30 slides :skull: 0 - your warning to look away 1 - wednesday art (first drawing on mag) ミ☆ i happen to know the date of this one, january 18. we were doing prompts and the word was umbrella! i don’t really like the face now but oh well. 2 - side view on mag ミ☆ looks like i was obsessed with blue. i have come a long way from side view, watch the improvement and you’ll see :’) this is another that i know the date it was done. 3 - girl ミ☆ i don’t know why but people thought this was h0t somehow…ew like the “shading” is so muddy 4 - grayscale challenge ミ☆ i got random colors and turned to grayscale, this is after i fixed the colors lol 5 - coloring page ミ☆ this is the same day of the previous drawing, i got a random coloring page and yeah. (lineart is not mine, only the coloring!) 6 - sketches 7 - sketches 2 (the improvement i was talking about) 8 - angry girl ミ☆ oh yeah, btw i’m not doing a description for all of these since it’s too long. so enjoy this angry girl lol 9 - me but not ミ☆ practicing sitting poses and stuff…don’t mind the crusty hands + face hehe. i gave myself a hufflepuff sweater bc why not >:D 10 - valentines for seniors (art class project) ミ☆ i had to make these for valentines’, based it off vintage cards! if you can’t tell, i rushed the one on the left— (edit: i rushed the one on the RIGHT, not the left lol was i even looking at these-) 11 - digitalized valentine for seniors ミ☆ i actually still like this one, except for the cards, but the eyes could be a bit bigger, and the text is a bit sloppy. 12 - avatar ミ☆ yeah this is jake sully as a na’vi, i watched the movie recently so i drew this. safe to say that i will never draw these blue people again. done on mag ^^ 13 - evangeline dress ref (repost) ミ☆ i was vv bored so i made a dress for evangeline, she wears it in the last chapter :eyes: just noticed that her hand is gone HELP i didn’t have a ref this was also posted on my alternate account @kkioskii, in case you haven’t scrolled down on my bio, i post extra art there occasionally :) 14 - girl sketch ミ☆ wait the eyes are too small 15 - “h0t guy” and redraw ミ☆ yeah i attempted to draw a somewhat handsome guy again, and redrew an old drawing i found :) 16 - carlos ref (wip) ミ☆ this is super old but i *might* finish this? the outfit to the left is kind of cool though - it’s a chauffeurs uniform, which he wears in the first chapter ;)) so before you proceed, i decided to do a webcomic, so a few of these things are from there. i’m still in the process of planning, so things may change. stay tuned for a project with some news <3 also, i happen to be obsessed with these names, so you might have seen me use them somewhere else. the next few are made using artbreeder (ai website)—i didn’t draw these! 17 - astoria blanchet ミ☆ she’s not the main character but i love her a lot - originally she was for a different story (an origin story for the evil queen), but i decided not to do that, so here she is! she’s the only character who i have mainly developed so far, and her appearance is staying. some traits: sarcastic, charismatic, narcissistic (oh no, not the flaws!), selfish, and being brutally honest. 18 - celia augustus ミ☆ yeah this appearance is not final, and i like her (sort of), in the process of developing her atm <3 some traits: anxious, bad liar, awkward, shy, too trusting 19 - sandro spada ミ☆ i REALLY don’t like this artbreeder, so proceed to ignore it because i could not find something that could match his character (or the fragment of a character i have-) 20 - art contest entry (art class) ミ☆ this is really sloppy and the quality is bad, it looks way better irl i promise—though the face is the same online and in person: bad 21 - pose practice (+ start of my style crisis) ミ☆ woo new pose w/ astoria? yes i’ve been drawing her way too much…this is where my style crisis arose, as you can see by the face :’0 22 - attempting yet again to make something good ミ☆ i tried to redo this in adobe, but nope, didn’t work out. don’t mention the face ok 23 - it still doesn’t work out ミ☆ the next day, i tried to draw astoria (yes, again), but the face is just really wrong and expressionless. it didn’t turn out how i wanted for the third time. 24 - art inspo board ミ☆ finally made an inspo board !! artists included: bluebiscuits, samdoesarts, @basementchxld (scratch), @letsnotdothat (scratch), shar, rossdraws, and some random pin artist. i made a list of what i liked and circled them, color coding the similarities. right now, i like big round eyes, noses that aren’t lines (though i’m drawing lines right now since i’m struggling with noses ehehe), vibrant shading colors, blush, and smooth shading. if you’re in an art slump, i highly recommend doing this bc it’s super helpful! i arranged the moodboard on canva.
