If you still don't understand, I'll try to clarify it more, but it isn't that important that it is a "mini game" just make some sort of simple game ^^ Q: Can you draw sprites or do you have to use the Scratch sprites? A: You can draw your own sprites Q: How many people will move on to the next round? A: If I get a good amount of entries (10 or more?) then about 50-75% will move on. Q: How many rounds will there be? A: It depends on how many people enter. Q: Can I enter an already-made project that fits the demands? A: If it was created after Round 2 started (October 12), then yes, but otherwise, please create a new game! :) Q: Can I have few sprites but lots of costumes? A: Yep!
