This project is a tutorial on how to create a "glitch effect" in Scratch. This was my own idea, arrived at by my own technique. If you know what you're doing, feel free to mix it up, do it differently, and make it your own.
Ideally, you would start with a completely white costume, but, if you want to try it a different way, go ahead.
