Due to the SINGLE's expansionism and its war against one of the DDO members (Bassanoi) and to Fazastan's fear of the possibility for a "Singulist" (the style of the SINGLE's government) takeover of Bassanoi, Fazastani construction workers asked for permission to build a fortified wall south of Bassanoi's borders in order to prevent a mainland invasion via land travel. And since the Inverted Republic's on the SINGLE's side of the Non-Needed War and that Fazastan had good relations with the IR since WWiC1, diplomats from the two countries begin discussing how they could cooperate with what was supposed to be a fostering alliance despite having different views as to how the war started as well as whomever was in the wrong.
