OK so I did a bit of art (In like 3 different art styles I'm so sorry-) and It took me 2 days to finish it all! I hope you like it! I love her design sm it's not even funny! I even have a "tiny" backstory to share :D If I win her I'll make a story about her and her journey <3 {Haru's backstory} Haru was born in a simple village on the coast of the painted sea, but after a flood that left their town in ruins, her mother, father, siblings and her all moved into a city father from the sea for... safety reasons. That's what her mother had told her. Haru had never been the smartest child, when she lived in the village she occasionally skipped school to go down to the sea and draw. She had found it calming to draw and paint the ocean, with all it's beautiful blues and greens, but her parents and siblings thought otherwise. They had told her that she needed to stay in school, that she needed to stop tainting their reputations with her actions, of course she hadn't though. Her grades were horrible in all her classes but art, she loved art and would usually bring her paintings in to show her teacher, and even though her family was upset at her, she gave them most of her paintings as gifts and her showing of affection (They always sold them). She had never thought that her parents would ever dislike her because of it, but overtime she noticed them stop telling her to go to school and start giving all their attention to her siblings, who were the smartest in their classes, she thought nothing of it because she was just happy to be able to paint. After the flood, about a week after they moved into their new house in the city, the kids all started school again. Her parents thought that because now there was no ocean, Haru would focus and do well in her new school. But there was a problem; Haru loved art to much to just give up on it, so she found other things to paint, even if it was just a water bottle, she could make it into something beautiful. Her parents were enraged that she was still not going to school so they decided they had enough, when Haru got home from her daily painting, her parents and siblings had all been waiting for her at the door. They didn't wait, they didn't say stuff like "we have to talk" or "This is important so listen up", they got to the point, the second she stepped through the door her mother told her that the whole reason they didn't move to another village closer to the painted sea was because they wanted her to stop painting and go to school, they said if she wasn't going to stop painting that she would no longer be their daughter, or family at all. Haru had no intention of letting go of art, but she truly loved her family and didn't want to let them go. Before she could decide her entire family lost control of their silence and calm and started screaming at her how horrible she was for choosing art over family, and how she had ruined their reputations and lives. It went on for what seemed like forever to Haru, and all she could do was stand there in disbelief and in sadness. After a while they all stopped and her father walked into her room and brought out a bag of her stuff. They had already decided she had to leave, and asked only in spite of Haru. The last thing her family said to her was not goodbye, was most certifiably not we'll miss you, no, it was "Good riddance". Haru had no money, food or much of anything, and the city was a dangerous place full of people who did some.. very bad things. She was scared, but she would not go back to the people she had loved that shoved her out of their life. Within a week from being kicked out she was starving and begging for money or food, she went to restaurants for water and a few gave her other food. Because she still had all her art supplies, she started painting city-scapes to try and earn some money, and several of her pieces were bought so she bought more supplies and food. After another few weeks had gone by, Haru was in the middle of painting a duck floating in a lake when a person not much older than herself came and started looking at her paintings. She looked up at him and gave him a smile, nodded in a welcoming way, and went back to painting. He looked over all of her paintings and asked "What are you doing in a place like this?" this had startled Haru, and confused her as well, she had responded by saying "What do you mean?" to which he replied "With a talent like this you should be sitting in your studio, not on the street." this made Haru flustered, as she had never been complimented by anyone but her art teacher before "Well thank you, that means a lot, but I don't have a studio!" she laughed it off and the guy, who's name happens to be Charles, looked dumbfounded- Continue in notes -->

-He then asked her if she was a professional artist, or if she was in art school. Of course she told him no, and at this point he looked a bit enraged. "What do you mean? You deserve a place at the highest tier art school in the country!" she laughed so hard at this that her eyes started watering "Yeah right! It's not that good, there's no need to lie!" when she said this Charles practically jumped at her, saying how he was an art student himself, and she should really come with him to his school, he also said that she could even get a scholarship. She had sighed and agreed, even though going to art school and being an artist was her dream, she couldn't see it happening. She packed up her stuff and walked with Charles back to his school. She felt very warm when she walked through the door and into a room full of people her age who looked just stunning; people where walking around with art supplies and books and and everything that made her happy. She and Charles walked through hallways full of paintings and sculptures until they came to a stop at two big wooden doors. He had told her that all she had to do was show her paintings and he was positive she would be accepted. He waved goodbye and ran off, supposedly to his next class. She took a deep breath and knocked on the door, when she heard someone say come in, she pushed the doors open and was welcomed by the smell of paint, instead of a big desk and bookshelves and a scary headmaster she saw a room with huge windows looking over the city, easels with stunning art painted onto them, and a young woman painting a vase holding a single sunflower. Haru was stunned, and she slowly approached the woman, clutching her best painting in her arms. The woman smiled and said "Don't worry, I don't bite. How can I help you?" she turned to face Haru and Haru managed to stammer out few words "Uh.. hello ma'am! A student of yours sent me here to ask you to enroll.. Charles was his name." A look of seriousness fell upon the previously smiling woman "Oh god.. I told him to stop picking everyone who he thinks is a good artist to try and get hem enrolled.." she looked up and sighed "I'm sorry dear.. you seem wonderful but Charles brings everyone he thinks is good here and they never are quite cut out for our school.. you might just want to leave-" at this Haru cut her off, even though she didn't want to try in the first place, she was this close to her dream, and she was not giving up now "Please ma'am.. just- just look at my painting first..!" the woman sighed and smiled at Haru "Ok dear.. that's fine, go ahead." Haru was very excited, she had a chance! A sim one, but still a chance! Haru took her painting carefully and turned it around. The painting was of her and.. her family. She had planned to give it to her parents as an anniversary gift but.. she had been kicked out. The woman's eyebrows raised slightly and... CLIFFHANGER HARHARHAR >:D
