I'm going to keep it as brief as possible. Abyss is not canceled. However, the original direction, that of a dungeon crawler horror game with missions type of one is canceled. As you may or may not know, I lost almost all of my progress on the game by a mess-up I made. At this point, I don't want to make that same game again from nothing, and plus, I didn't really like it in the first place. So, my solution? Change it. I refuse to be lazy about it and cancel the game. I promised it would come, and it's been long enough. My new plan is to have a mission system, somewhat like before yet have different types of games similar to Around The Clock At Vanni World, a canceled game directed by Gamervanni. Of course, it's going to be different, in my own way, but I have an engine for a different game in that genre that was abandoned, and I plan to make it better and work from that. So, there you have it. Abyss will be saved. It's going to be a decently smaller game than before, but it's going to be in my opinion way better than before. I'm even somewhat glad that I lost it, as I can improve the game. And yes, If you're wondering, the original release date for original Abyss was to be in 3 months, so yes, it was going to come out.
